It takes a temperature in a little as 2-3 seconds, and is accurate to +/-1 degrees up to 932 degrees F and can switch C/F (probe can read up to 572 degrees F, IR reads up to 932 degrees F) with an easy-to-read backlit LCD screen. A built-in laser gives you the precision to hone in on the exact surface you want to measure, whether it is a pizza stone, grill, or griddle; it will also identify any hot spots on the cooking surface. This thermometer features a foldaway probe design for storage and safety, with an IPX3 water resistance rating, and the Hold button lets you see the temp easier. Size: W 1.25" / D 10" / H 1.5".
